After having an aperitif at the Mayo café (in the lobby in the heart of the action), I had an excellent dinner at the Mayo restaurant. I ate a cod confit in oil with a delicious garlic cream from the spring menu! The team is attentive and I was able to sign up for the World of Hyatt loyalty program to earn points and benefits at all Hyatt hotels around the world!
