However, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the heat. We would like to point out that there is no air conditioning in our tea room. It is a bioclimatic pergola, designed to offer optimal comfort while respecting the environment. We understand that this was not sufficient during your visit and we take your comments very seriously. We will immediately review our procedures to ensure a pleasant temperature at all times, regardless of the crowds.
