Good products. But waiting 15 minutes in the direction of the line and being overtaken by people who don't respect this direction....with the approval of the salesman at the checkout, that really makes me get into trouble. Reflection made in bad faith by the seller. Fortunately the lady who took over was great otherwise I would have thrown everything away....please respect your sense of queue

A SHAME! A shame without name name. During a visit to the Galleries (12/18/2024) we took the opportunity to make a detour to the gourmet galleries and decided to have takeaway from Mavrommatis. Big mistake!! There was a queue but nothing crazy so we decided to do it. That day there were 3 people, 2 women and 1 man (tattooed on the neck) and the drama began. The man at the start made up the numbers by going back and forth aimlessly between the back and the front while the two women served with a SLOWNESS that would make a snail pale, slow gestures, slow speech, do not smile, mumbles and forces customers to ask for repeat every time. In short, level -10 of the service. So much so that it took no more than 40 minutes to serve 4 people. When they were halfway through the line the man came back one last time and began to empty the window. We then asked him and other customers if we could still take away and he replied that yes without any problem except for what he was taking out... well we deduced that since he also did not want to articulate. Anyway, I left. In short, such a level of service is unworthy of macrommatis and is an insult to customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
