Master Express sits on the Cairo–Ismailia desert road. It’s not just a dessert shop. It’s a proper pit stop. Drivers and families use it to rest, eat, and refresh. The place is clean. That’s the first thing you notice. The entrance is wide. The inside is well-lit. There’s a clear focus on hygiene and service. Staff clean regularly and greet you fast. Toilets Toilets are spotless. Tiled floors, working flushes, soap, and paper towels always available. They check and clean them often. This matters for travelers on long drives. You can stop here without worry. Many similar places skip this basic need — Master Express doesn’t. Coffee Their coffee surprises you. It’s not fancy or overpriced. It’s strong and hot. You can get espresso, Turkish, or American. There’s also iced coffee and cappuccino. The beans aren’t premium, but the taste is solid. It wakes you up. If you're on a long trip, this helps. They also offer tea, Nescafé, and milk drinks. Coffee comes fast. You can drink it inside or outside. Cups are clean and sturdy. No leaks, no spills. Prayer Space They have a prayer area. That’s a big plus. It’s separated from the dining area. Clean carpet. Fresh air. Space for men and women. Ablution (wudu) area is next to the bathroom. Water pressure is fine. No crowding. This makes the stop more than just a food break. You can meet your religious needs in peace. It adds real value for families or anyone driving long hours. Food & Dessert Food is fresh and prepared quickly. Crepes, waffles, and pancakes dominate the menu. They also sell sandwiches, fries, and snacks. Popular items: Kinder crepe Lotus waffle Chicken ranch sandwich Oreo milkshake Pancakes are thick. The toppings are generous. Fries are crispy. Not oily. Sandwiches are grilled well, but not gourmet. Still, they fill you up. Prices are reasonable for a highway spot. Most meals cost between 70 to 150 EGP. Parking & Access There’s a wide parking lot. Fits cars and small buses. No valet needed. Security staff are visible. Entry is smooth. No sharp turns or sudden bumps. The layout is simple. Order counter at the front. Tables in the middle. Bathrooms and prayer space at the back. Signage is clear. You don’t need to ask where things are. Final Thoughts This isn’t a fancy café or a fast-food chain. It’s a smart, clean, reliable place to stop. Good for: A bathroom break without stress A decent coffee to keep you alert A short prayer in peace A warm snack to break the road routine Master Express is doing what many roadside places fail at — offering comfort, hygiene, and service without overcharging. If you're heading east from Cairo, it’s worth stopping. Price per person: E£200–300 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Very bad treatment, untrained employees with extremely bad behavior and not well educated of how to deal with clients. I have dealt with masters world wide, the ones exits in egypt is such a shame to the brand.
