The Màs Mexico restaurant, located inside the I Petali shopping center in Reggio Emilia, offers an authentic Mexican culinary experience in a welcoming and well-organized environment. The small size of the restaurant is well exploited with wooden tables and brightly colored chairs, while the walls painted in warm shades and designs that recall Mexican culture create a lively atmosphere. Once seated at the table, the menu was immediately presented, while the placemat demarcated the place and hosted a selection of desserts. Cutlery was carefully stored in a side bucket, showing attention to detail and organisation. The choice of food led to a grilled chicken tortilla with vegetables and cheese, accompanied by Mex potatoes, and a chicken steak with arugula, parmesan and potatoes. The tortilla, well stuffed and with tender and tasty chicken, together with the vegetables and cheese, was able to conquer the palate. The sliced chicken, served on the griddle, retained the heat without overcooking, offering a delicious flavor in combination with the rocket and sauce. The potatoes, prepared with the right cooking and spiced in moderation, completed the dishes excellently. To end the evening, we opted for a chocolate soufflé with pistachio filling, truly delicious, and a lemon custard tartlet with pine nuts, almonds and whipped cream, which turned out to be delicate and tasty. The cleanliness of the place was judged to be excellent, and the service staff proved to be very present and prepared, helping to make the overall experience extremely pleasant. In conclusion, the Màs Mexico restaurant inside the I Petali shopping center in Reggio Emilia offers excellent Mexican cuisine in a welcoming environment, with attentive service and a variety of tasty dishes.
