Marvel managed to create a delicate balance of formality and familiarity. The formal dining settings and service were complimented by the mother-son duo running the kitchen and Chef Bryan making each table feel at home by taking the time to have a chat and a laugh.
All of the ingredients were locally sourced, and some, from on the highest tier the garden overlooked by the terrace. Talking to Chef Bryan, you could see he had a passion for sourcing food as ethically and locally as possible to translate through into the flavours of the dishes.
All in all, Marvel provides the perfect venue for your next family Sunday lunch or for an easy-eating and relaxed dining experience with friends. It was a welcome experience outside of the usual fussy wine lands or trendy CBD dining experiences.
Marvel Bistro is a unique dining experience offering themed set menus. The food is outstanding and the value for money is unrivalled for the quality and quantity of courses. Service was setting were superb. Best suited for group dining for a lazy afternoon.
