We were passing through in December and stayed for three days. Purely!!! The room has everything you need (refrigerator, TV, towels, hairdryer, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.). We had a room with access to a balcony: you can drink coffee in the morning in the fresh air (you took coffee with you, a kettle in the hallway, and a microwave, by the way, also on each floor). Simply a wonderful hotel! Located 5 minutes from the sea, which is incredibly close. The dining room has very tasty and high quality food. I liked our room, it was cozy and clean. They check into the Esse house guest house pretending to be Marta Upon arrival, we were checked into the wrong hotel in which we had booked a room and the wrong room that was on booking; it did not have a balcony overlooking the sea as we wanted. When they started asking why everything we had booked didn’t match, we were told to live like this for now and the next day we would be moved into another room, but it was not the one we had bookedthe service is terrible, the hotel is dirty, at the entrance there is linen hanging everywhere, and so on and so forth... They took the money without a receipt and asked me to cancel the reservation in the application, as if there was no payment. in the end, after long conversations, we were sent to the hotel where we made the reservation, the admin who hid in the room and ironed the linen talked to us, she said, call the reservation department Natalya and figure it out, we were offered a room in March, but not with the conditions we already had They paid, they didn’t offer a recalculation of course, they promised to move us in in the morning, but after their manipulations and relocations, we dragged our things from the next street only in the evening, 2 days of rest were wasted. The admin said if you want to check in early, you can leave your bags near the reception and as soon as the room is free, I will bring them in.
