Gorgeous and very tasty glutenfree, vegan and organic fresh bakery. Four different styles daily fresh baked. But, also available as ready2use bakery mixes. Different kinds of pastry. And, typical for Leipzig the Original Leipziger Lerche a shortpatry filled with a dip raspberry and a sugar reduced almond cream. In wintertime we serve a very juicy ginger bread.

The Leipzig larch is a dream. I get them regularly and am always impressed. The cinnamon rolls or gingerbread are also highly recommended. In addition, the Waltraud is the juiciest bread I have ever had the pleasure of eating. These goods are definitely not comparable to the mediocre, mostly dry gluten-free products from the supermarkets. Unfortunately, the only thing that isn't perfect is the prices. However, I can understand that given the quality of the products.
