Amazing sandwiches! The only reason I didn't rate the atmosphere as a "5" was because it was very warm inside the shop. However, we waited outside after ordering and the weather was beautiful! The staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks English too! My son had the smoked salmon and my husband had the porchetta. I regret not getting the porchetta because it was out of this world (even though my salami from the "make your own" sandwich menu was excellent!)! All sandwiches are toasted and great! Three sandwiches, a bottle of water and a beer came to $40. Mind you the sandwiches can easily make 2 meals. I went to Maremma Pane shortly after it opened and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the choice of craft beers!! It is located in the center of Orbetello in a quiet and suggestive setting!! The sandwiches are for all tastes: both for the skittish and for the more refined, and then you can choose how your personalized sandwich behaves which is not to be taken for granted!
