Disappointed this time, the reason for the downgrade. Arrived at 11:30 opening for lunch - nothing was out! 8 people waiting to eat. Salads out 10 minutes later, it was noon before the majority of the buffet was out. Food quality has slipped a bit as well. Everytime my husband and I go to the Mandarin, Tina, always ended up being our server. She is always smiling, very happy, friendly and fun to talk to. She overall makes our stay that much more enjoyable. The food is always amazing and the place is very clean. My favorite food is the salmon which is one of the many reasons I like eating at the Mandarin. My husband and I like to try and go at least once a month for a dinner date and will continue to do so. The servers were wonderful, so welcoming and attentive. Food was bland, just not as tasty as I’ve had at other Mandarin restaurants. And where was my favourite: chow mein?
