Terrible evening! Book for 9.30pm and be seated after 10pm. After about forty minutes of waiting in front of the restaurant, they made us follow the waiter because we had to move to the next room where they usually have an aperitif bar. We sit at the only available table that they indicate to us, a high bar table with tall and uncomfortable chairs in front of the entrance door where the waiter/bartender (unprofessional and not very courteous) opens the door and leaves it open even though we ask him kindly. to keep it closed because the temperature was the same as outside, we tried to close it ourselves and after a while he reopened it saying he needed to ventilate. The first thing I noticed were two dirty glasses on the table. We order two sandwiches including one freshly made with various ingredients and two different cuts of meat and some fried food as an appetizer. The starter arrived first but without bringing the saucers to eat them, then immediately afterwards the two sandwiches arrived and we still had dirty plates. After about ten minutes the two dishes with the meat arrived which, despite having ordered two different cuts, seemed to me to be the same and identical. Rubbery meat and very salty, they didn't ask us to cook the meat as we preferred it, in fact it was very cooked like the hamburger in the bun, burnt and slightly bitter. The toilets are truly appalling. I hope they will improve because they are a fairly strategic point in Caserta but they offer a terrible service for the price they charge you.
