The young man at the counter let them go and turned away from me. Although I was standing within his visibility range, I began minding my own business, collecting orders for other clients. I'm waiting. I wait two, three, five minutes, look at him, he periodically meets my gaze and does not react. Another client came. The young man began to give him an order. He pushed aside my shawarma, which had been ready for a long time and was waiting for me) And only after I told him to finally give me my order, he answered with a claim: “So how do I know what your order is!” I said that he didn’t even ask the whole time I was standing at the counter. As a result, the shawarma is cold and not tasty, the mood is ruined!!! Very terrible service. Which really upset me, because... this was my favorite place.
