We always strive to meet our customers' expectations and we are sorry to hear that we fell short, where we have backtracked to find your order, and to triple check everything on our end. Regarding your request for stronger ginger, we use AAA pickled ginger for our poke bowls and, unfortunately, a 'stronger' version is not available. However, we did provide an additional serving of ginger to accommodate your request as best as we could, for FREE and with no additional charge, even though we should have. As for the half-cup ice in your juice, given the 40C+ summer heat, we add ice to ensure that your freshly pressed juice remains cool and refreshing. This practice helps maintain the quality and taste of the juice in extreme temperatures; definitely not to save on juice - this would equate to fractions-of-cents which are pointless to even exercise. We value constructive feedback and regret that your review reflects a misunderstanding of our practices, to which both points are incorrect. We would appreciate it if you could understand that our methods are in place to protect the quality of our offerings.
