Hi Juliet, I am sorry to hear that you did not have the greatest experience. It seems a lot of the issue is with pricing. As we all know, everyone's pricing has gone up and those Mac n Cheese Balls are actually quite costly on our end. Just curious if everything was so bad, did you ask for a manager to give us an opportunity to fix the situation before you left and decided to just write us a bad review? Especially considering your server quality checked your table and each time you claimed everything was fine? As for the slow service? Your mac and cheese bites were out in 8 minutes, I just checked the KDS and your burgers were out in 13 minutes. That's actually quicker than industry standard. I am all for constructive criticism, but give the business the opportunity to fix the situation and make it right before just saying everything is fine and then going straight to the internet.
