December 19/25 update. Very much appreciated the ability to chat with the owner through a call. We spoke about what was disappointing recently. My wife and I chose to order again tonight and the pizza was definitely back to what we have come to really enjoy once again. The management at Magic has proved they care about their product and customer experience. Thanks for making things right. 5 stars. Original review:. After more than a dozen years loyal to magic pizza, something has changed. In the last five visits we have been disappointed three times. The pizza last night may have been the worst. Flimsy, soggy, and lacking the mozzarella that normally is present. The quality has gotten inconsistent. This family is such a nice family. But the product isn’t quite what it used to be.
