Hey Stephen. When you called us after receiving your order through UBER EATS it was to complain about the fact that you only got one lasagna with meatballs when you had claimed to have ordered two for the price of $17.50 (which is an unreasonable price for 2 lasagna’s WITH meatballs). You were then told that on our tablet the order states that you ordered only 1 baked lasagna with meatballs, 1 order of deep fried mushrooms and 1 order of deep fried pickles, and there is a screenshot of the order to prove this if you are interested in seeing. We also said that you can contact Uber eats to solve the issue or get whatever money you paid back. You continued to argue on the phone and use foul language to express your anger, you also threatened to leave a horrible review to hurt our family business so “no one would order from us again”. All of that was because we told you we are not responsible for what happens through Uber eats, we receive an order, we prepare it and then we send it with the driver. We also do not price our food on Uber so nothing other than food preparation is in our control. We always make sure to deliver excellent customer service and tasty food , and reasonable prices as you can see from the 99 other reviews on here. It is very unfortunate that you were dissatisfied with our service and do hope you find better service elsewhere. Thank you and have a fantastic day.
