All in all a nice experience especially for those who are celiac and also have problems with milk. I didn't have any problems with the staff, they were really friendly. The only flaw, as many write, are the prices which are not displayed, the prices are very high (a single portion €12) but they are still particular desserts which certainly require particular preparation and ingredients and are very abundant but it is still a very high price for for an ordinary person, even a flavored milk costs €7, everyone is free to have the prices they want, but it would have been nice to know beforehand and see the prices displayed both in the window and on the menu because we weren't able to see them anywhere and we thought everything cost less, so perhaps being clearer towards customers and putting the prices displayed in the window and on the menu would be an excellent step forward so that once they arrive at the payment there are no surprises. Another simple piece of information that they should specify before consumption is that they only accept cards (for very good reasons) but in any case maybe one doesn't know this and only brings cash, consumes and finds himself having difficulty paying. In any case, the place is really nice even if it's small and it's worth booking and the desserts are all special and delicious. Like last year, I ordered 2 panettone via Instagram for my daughter with health problems. Unfortunately upon collection I was told that one had been sold by mistake. There was no gesture on the part of the owners to make up for such a mistake, in fact I was told that those who work make mistakes. Well, the big flaw of this place in my opinion is not the prices suitable for a few but the attitude of those who manage it.
