Thank you for sharing your experience, Chris. There's nothing quite as disappointing as patiently waiting for your food to arrive only to find that it's practically inedible because it's missing a key component. You should have been offered to have the dressing delivered to you, free of charge. I'm sure the young man helping you meant well but you weren't given the correct remediation for the situation. If you haven't requested a refund from Uber Eats, you should do so. And if you'd be willing to accept the offer of a store credit, I'd love to give you one.
