My son and some friends went to MacFee Plett for drinks today - one of the friends got 10% tip charged on his slip without the waiter mentioning this to him/or him requesting it! My son got R680 taken off his card, but the bill was only R68!! He had to go back and ask for a refund... If this is the way things are going before the rush, then people need to be vigilant to check their bills and slips when it's peak season. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: R 100–150

Hi Christel. We apologize for the mistake and misunderstanding. We discussed the tip amount with them and they agreed to a tip and then we were happy to give the tip amount back when requested. These things happen and we were very aware of the error and were happy to refund the error in cash.
