In these situations we always try to find an alternative solution so as not to compromise the experience of our guests, as in your case by proposing the transfer to Pero (8 minutes by car......) We find it really unconstructive that, despite the explanation received from our manager, has chosen to express his/her disappointment publicly rather than understand a situation that is beyond our control.
