2nd incident in 3 weeks. This place is an absolute joke. Starts off with poor telephone etiquette by the one person. Their full chicken is the size of a baby chicken covered in salt. The coke was warm and to no surprise, flat. Went through to give them their *FULL* Chicken back, they gave me a quater chicken What seemed to be the 2 owners standing in the back, couldn't be bothered to even engage with a customer. Chips were the only thing that was good, and their cashier and young gentlemen who were assisting were somewhat decent. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We strive to provide excellent service and serve up generous portions, but, as you rightly pointed out, not all chickens are created equal! While our aim is to serve chickens around the 1.1kg mark, we know they can sometimes come in smaller than anticipated—though we hope the EXTRA 1/4 Chicken helped balance things out in your case. As for the Coke, we’ll make sure to have a word with the fridge (it’s usually pretty reliable!) and the team about phone etiquette and customer engagement. We’re pleased to hear that the chips and team members did leave a good impression, and we hope you'll give us another chance to make your next experience an all-around positive one.

They reserve tables and don't give place to sit and eat instead they say you must take the food and eat at your own house! They treat their own community better by serving them first on the table that you have reserved A no no to Moza's Norwood Want to waste your time and be racially abused then go to Moza's Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
