I and my bf went there to have dinner together few days ago. Thought this is quite new restaurant so we love to explore and get to know new restaurant. That's why I decided to go to this korean restaurant as korean. But, we were quite disappointed by their service. The Staff who were worked there didn't really welcome us. There were no greeting when we got in. He wasn't guided us to table we just decided to seat ourselves. When we ordered, I wasn't sure that he understood what we ordered either he is shy guy or not suitable for his duty. We found out that is quite weird. we got foods later on but didn't get any share plates. And we asked for that first. They didn't serve in first time. Secondly we asked again to get bowl to have Bulgogi. If he were newbie, I believe owner shouldn't let him be alone. In the restaurant there were only us and one other table. Wasn't too busy at all. They could training him well to use this time. I was surprised that they run business to charge for everything. No water, no sidedishes, and even no Rice comes with Bulgogi Geongol. The concept they operate, feel like it's more like Japanese way. Wouldn't recommend to go there if you want to feel like korean culture. Foods were okay not to good, not to bad. Last one, we expected to get greentea Mochi But we got redbean Mochi. and my bf tried that found out redbean so we asked that this is not greentea he said served wrong one so we expected to get new one. Later when he came back, told us don't have greentea Mochi. They put wrong info on the menu. We wouldn't order if it was redbean taste. At the end when we get a check, they still charged for it even though it was their mistake. So over all, I will not visit here again. 실망감이 커서 처음이자 마지막으로 방문 할곳이 될거 같다. 한국인이 별로 없다는거 또는 잘 들어보지 못했다는거에는 의미가 있다라는 것을 다시한번 깨달았다. 비슷한 컨셉과 맛으로 생각한다면 차라리 서울포차에 가는게 더 낫다라는 생각을한다. 최소한 반찬과 밥은 함께 나오니까 말이다. I've eaten Korean food in several restaurants around the world and in Germany. At first we were full of anticipation, but the ambience was rather poor and had the character of a "snack bar". The toilet also corresponds. The two older gentlemen were very nice to us. We ordered tea and 4 main courses. The ginger lemon tea was very tasty, but only a small cup; A bit steep for five euros. The portions were also quite meager, my bulgogi was unfortunately very dry and overall I was rather dissatisfied with the taste. Unfortunately, when a bill for 85 (!) euros had to be paid, the disappointment was complete. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I've been to almost every Korean in FFM (Heidekrug, Mr Lee, Dangol, Seoulpocha, Danji, Hankook, ...) and this was by far the worst Korean I've ever been to (not just the ones mentioned above in FFM) . I don't normally write reviews, but you have to warn people about this. Quantity and quality of food: Normally you get >4-5 side dishes with Korean BBQ, which you can order free of charge (at least that's the case with the above-mentioned restaurants that offer Korean BBQ). Here you only get kimchi and chili leek as a side dish. As a group of four, we each received a bowl of each, i.e. the restaurant seems to plan on two Chinese cabbage/kimchi leaves per person!? When we complained about this to the waitress, it was only after a lengthy discussion that we received a kimchi refill, which was supposed to be free. When we paid later, we were still charged for the refill and suddenly there was no longer any talk of free refill. Apart from that, the amount of meat was a disgrace for the high price (€26 per person for beef), as all you got was an approx. 150g beef steak. Service: Superficially nice waitress and owner. But it was incredibly annoying that by serving each dish the owner wanted to give us additional dishes without asking. Ambience: Extremely loveless room with mismatched furniture and decorations. Finally, I find it completely incomprehensible how this restaurant can have 4.3 stars. There are so many good Koreans, especially in FFM, that you should avoid Minari as much as possible. We would like to comment on your opinion because your comment is important for others to understand MINARI correctly. We know all the Korean restaurants you mentioned and the service they offer. We launched our service on May 5, 2023, and have been trying to improve our service as a new Korean restaurant in Saschenhausen, Frankfurt. Nevertheless, we implemented our concept of comfort like home and relied on high-quality food. We also have our service card. Of course, it is different from other restaurants. We remember that you came with 4 people and ordered a BBQ. Our hall staff in the room probably explained a dish of kimchi was served on a grill. For 4 people, 2 dishes of kimchi are served. However, in response to your requests and complaints in the restaurant, we served additional kimchi free of charge after speaking with the decision-maker. more than that, it was chargeable. This means we tried to serve you in the best possible. It is important that we cannot offer you free dishes at all times. After all, your single star diminishes our reputation. But we will do our best to serve our customers. We would be happy to welcome you back on your next visit. but in the end, you decide to visit the place.More
