This restaurant impressed me across the board! As a vegan, I often struggle to find suitable dishes, but that wasn't a problem here. The chef was incredibly flexible and made my wishes come true perfectly. I was particularly impressed by the way she interpreted Italian cuisine in a creative and vegan way. The dinner consisted of two courses, which were not only a delight in terms of flavour, but also visually. Each dish was expertly prepared and finished with great attention to detail - truly exceptional and full of ideas. It was a dining experience that stood out. I have had the pleasure of dining here three times in total, and each time I have been served different and delicious dishes. The chef's variety and ingenuity surprised me every time: no two courses were the same, but all dishes were perfectly balanced and prepared. When I'm around again, one thing is for sure: I will definitely be back. A big compliment to the chef and the whole team: see you next time! Vegetarian options: Excellent vegan cuisine on request! We had a very good time there thanks to the hospitality and availability of the manager, but our real luck was to meet the chef who runs the restaurant inside the structure. ME Restaurant”.
