Melissa 11 mois plus tôt sur Google

I went to change a rotten mozzarella. Paid €1.40 among many things. I told her it had been taken by another MD, but I went there because it was closer to me at the time. I couldn't go to that other one that was far away, For €1.40, I brought the receipt. The manager with another, after having heard me, washed their hands of it. A terrible service. He says there was nothing he could do. I don't believe it. They had to be courteous to customers. One buys, has to pay for something rotten and yet they wash their hands of it and say that there is nothing they can do. For €1.40. Absurd. They should be nicer to customers. It's not about the money spent. But for the support they should give. They sell rotten things and then play dumb.
