Antipasta, Bruschettone Tricolor. A slice of Cypriot cottage bread, topped with mozzarella and diced fresh tomatoes with a basil leaf garnish. Quality control in the kitchen missed the basil leaf on mine, which was absent, the fact that the bread had not been toasted, with barely melted mozzarella and dry Cypriot cottage bread instead of traditional Pagnotta or a similar Italian bread I don't know.

Il Primo 1 - Homemade Cappelletti in a Capone broth. - Can not comment on this course as it did not arrive. Again, signs of poor quality control
A long wait followed - during which time I observed one of the bar staff "Vaping" behind the bar. Who was controlling FoH staff I ask?
Il Primo 2 - Homemade Tagliatelle with a white ragu of chianina (Beef) and Italian Sausage. This was served cold on cold plates. Looking around other tables being served the same course their meal was piping hot. Raised my concern with the waiter and my complaint appeared to fall upon deaf ears. Again, evidence of poor quality control in the kitchen.
Il Secondo - Mixed Italian Grill of Meat with salad and vegetables - More Italian Sausage and mixed unidentifiable portions of meat served cold on cold plates. Again, I complained to the waiting staff and my meal together with my family's meal was removed, and following yet another long wait, a burning hot plate returned, but with cold food placed upon it. I cut into the Italian sausage and despite the obvious dark (Burnt) caramelisation on the outside of the sausage, the sausage was PINK on the inside.
I raised my concern with the waiting staff and all that was offered as a weak apology. I asked why the food was under cooked and not kept hot above 63c, and receive no response.
It was not time to take a firm stance and we left the restaurant without paying. No effort was made to meet with the manager or to refund my deposit. Sorry Bad Show.
This was a classic event to impress the clientele and to promote the wonders of the Italian kitchen, but failed on account of poor managerial control in the front of house and in the kitchen.
