Let's start with the positive things you wrote: we are pleased that you have recognized the quality of our products and raw materials, which we carefully select and which distinguish us. For the negative notes, however, we would like to point out that due to the size and capacity of our kitchen we had to insert some rules on tables for more than 5 people, which involve sharing the meat on the central cast iron, so as not to find ourselves cooking over 50 cuts several at the same time with different cooking times. The menu must be the same for the whole table but it is absolutely customizable (we usually talk on Whatsapp to define the menu in advance, advising based on the needs of each customer). The rule applies to large tables, so if there were tables of fewer than 5 people in the room it is obvious that we have not "enforced" sharing. As for showing the meats before cooking, it is not our practice, our meats are displayed and are taken from the display case in the middle of the room, but upon simple request they would have been brought to the table without any problem, all you had to do was ask ;) As regards the weight, however, the menu for 6 people was agreed with 2 Florentine steaks weighing 1 kg each and for the ribeyes I advised the two boys that they would be 300-350 g (at the end of the dinner we always hand over the label with the weight). Finally, for what you spent, we understand that you spent around €60 per person, excluding the two boys who took the Wagyu, perhaps you should correct the caption of the review where you wrote "more than €100". However, we are sorry that the experience did not live up to your expectations, we do our best to satisfy our customers and we need constructive criticism to constantly improve ourselves... we will treasure this review.
