We took the time to respond to you because we wanted to understand what could have happened. Due to a staffing problem, we called in a replacement that day who was not trained in the loyalty program. On the other hand, she understands that you want to take your purchases away and not consume them on site. This is the reason why she did not set a plateau. And since problems never come alone, what's more, we were out of mixers.
