When we entered, we clearly indicated that we had to leave the restaurant at 8 p.m. because we were going to the theater. We took the same dish 5 times and our food arrived at the table at 7:55 PM. Having to put everything in quickly is not nice! The presentation left much to be desired. A small pot (soup bowl) with stew, a small pot with chicory lettuce and a large bowl of fries on the table for everyone. So you had nowhere to put your fries and had to eat from the bowl... Strange. October 6, 2023 Our reservation at De Lunet in Antwerp did not go through, but a table was quickly prepared for us. However, the food took a very long time to arrive. The menus were very simple. When served, the pumpkin soup turned out to be a kind of green soup that tasted like peas. The next course, stew, also took a very long time. It was a very simple bite but the taste was decent. The fries served with it were limp and seemed reheated. Dessert also took a very long time to arrive, but little can go wrong with Dame Blanche. Instead of hot chocolate sauce, the ice cream was served with crunchy chocolate chips. The wine made up for it. We became tipsy because of the long wait and the wine that was served quickly. A breath of fresh air in this case was Maurice who saved the day with his flair and a great sense of humor. He gets a big 10 from us. His colleague Omar also did his best to save what could be saved.
