Just don’t do it. I’ve been traveling to Italy for a number of years. This would have to be my worst pasta meals ever. My Carbonara was a mushy mess. Tasteless. The bacon or ham added was minuscule. My friend’s Ragu was a tiny portion. Sad. I didn’t bother to try desert but I doubt that it would have been any better. This is just a tourist mill. Avoid. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Very nice and tastefully decorated place. A splendid typical Tuscan place. Eating in the amphitheater square is beautiful. And Varrone Pasta with its Menu brought us back to the Time . The pasta was very good we ate "Pici all'aglione di Proceno and Pici cacio e pepe. Never eaten such a simple and tasty dish. We found ourselves at a peak time where the halls were very full but I have to congratulate all the staff and the guys in the hall who found themselves with a crowd of people with this new opening but always had a smile on their lips. In the mouth the wolf Varro Kid-friendliness: High chair and dish suitable for children Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
