We take your comments regarding the ingredients used and the portions very seriously. However, we would like to emphasize that we have almost never worked with finished products. We buy fresh every day for exactly that day in order to buy fresh again the next day. This is the only way we can ensure that the freshness of the ingredients is guaranteed. Our goal remains to offer high-quality, fresh dishes that are so delicious that even non-vegans won't miss the meat on their plate - and at a fair price. We will discuss your criticism internally and ensure that the portions are served completely and in the usual quality, even during peak times - in order to get back to the level that you were used to from us.
