The ambiance of the place, the flavors and the attention of the waiters were really good. However, the system seemed a bit complicated. We found it a bit strange that everyone had to buy a single serving for a mixed breakfast. Also teas were limited and arrived late at our table. We were happy with the mixed breakfast every time we came until last year. In our last two visits, we once again came across a henpecked, strange type of scoundrel who said "no, it's like this due to the concept" and does not prefer to speak Turkish. We, 4 people, went and asked for 2 sprinkles and hot pans, so that 4 sprinkles would not be too much and wasted. The henpecked waiter said, "You have to pay per person, it won't go to waste even if you don't eat it, don't worry", laughing stupidly, (of course, it suits their business, what you don't eat goes on other people's plates again and again, you pay for it, but) You are being disgraced with your money, and for this we get the answer, "You will leave with your stomach full"???! Saying that we have come all the way from Belgium, we ask for 4 spreads and until last year, everything was included, such as hot pans, fries, etc., but in this year's concept, which has changed I don't know how many times, they are not included, only the standard breakfast is included. Also very expensive! Don't come if you don't want to start the day badly. It's not a loser restaurant, it's an empty restaurant. This was our last time! I recently visited Losh Restaurant in The Hague and had an incredibly disappointing experience despite the beauty of the place. The staff and service were appalling, especially the manager, who displayed extreme rudeness. When we arrived at 21:45, the manager initially refused us entry, claiming the restaurant was closed, despite the posted closing time being 23:00 and other patrons still dining. It was clear that his refusal was based on our Arab heritage. He repeatedly pointed towards the door with his hand, insisting we leave with every sentence he spoke. Upon pointing out the discrepancy in their closing time, he grudgingly allowed us to enter but then refused to let us sit on the terrace because we had children. I offered to stay inside with my children while my wife and her friends sat on the terrace, but he rudely questioned how I would manage without a woman with me, despite being accompanied by five women. To add insult to injury, he claimed they were out of food. While we were discussing this, another group of guests arrived with a child and were allowed to stay on the terrace and smoke shisha without any issues. This blatant double standard was infuriating. Ultimately, I decided not to stay, and when my wife tried to speak to another manager, the same manager spoke to her in an incredibly disrespectful manner, telling her to "shoo" and leave, again pointing towards the door. I strongly advise against visiting Losh Restaurant if you are not Turkish. The discriminatory attitude and disrespectful treatment we experienced were unacceptable.
