It rained today and I scrapped the plan to have a barbecue. Searched Google Maps for a restaurant nearby and found the Osdorfer Stube. The welcome from the landlady was very friendly and warm, I felt very comfortable from the first moment. The food was very tasty and the portion size was to my liking. There was also a drink on the house and a nice chat. The sun in my heart was rekindled by this delicious visit and when I left the Osdorfer Stube the sun was shining outside again. A day couldn't end better, I will repeat this positive experience and eat here again! P.S.: my review is now a few hours old, I'm sitting at home now and am happy to have discovered the Osdorfer Stube! Hospitality was nice, friendly, food and prices were ok. Only the Champion sauce with the schnitzel doesn't taste good. But the nice people get it out of there. If you want it to be comfortable and have a family atmosphere, it's worth going there.
