Never again. The walk-in policy that is used is hard to find. Called in advance to make a reservation, apparently that wasn't necessary. When you enter, after 15 minutes of standing at the door and being ignored, you are told that there is no room for two people and that we would be better off having a drink at Hotel New York or outside with a pager for half an hour in the rain. and wind can walk until there is room. Then asked if there was any room at the bar (since it was almost empty) but rejected with the answer that a large group would come in soon (group not seen after 15 minutes) and sit there. I'm not easily surprised by bad service, but after fifteen minutes of walking outside in the wind and rain I thought it was enough. I ended the day wonderfully at Humprey's on the corner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bad thing. We made a reservation for half past six and immediately ordered 2x carpaccio and 2x steak upon arrival. The carpaccio came quickly and was tasty, after this we had to wait another 1.5 hours for our steak. At half past eight the steaks finally arrived, but they were completely done and there was no red color left in them, even though we had asked for medium rare. After this we immediately asked for the bill and left. What a terribly bad thing. RESPONSE: Strange that it is automatically assumed that this has not been reported to the staff. This has been done several times, when they were told that it would be on the table within 10 minutes. This was always not the case...
