Si vous n'avez jamais goûté la cuisine cuisine italienne et méditerranéenne, venez à Local Bra - Bottega Alimentare. C'est une bonne idée de commander des pâtes délicieuses. I wouldn't say I like the Slow Food spots. They are overrated, and I always felt this “project” confuses simplicity and genuinity with banality. The Local Bra is 100% an exception. It offers an excellent selection of high-quality local products and a superb restaurant experience. Our exploration of the Langhe provided a stop in Bra. I was looking forward to visiting this place because of how they prepare and eat the sausage. We arrived there for lunch, and we didn’t book anything. Walking in the city centre, we spotted this lovely shop, and we noticed it was simultaneously a deli and a restaurant. So, my family and I opted for Local Bra - Bottega Alimentare, and we had a pleasant experience. They use local and fresh ingredients, and their recipes are delicious. They have innovated traditional recipes in a modern and familiar way. I loved my Verza rolls stuffed with the famous and luscious Salsiccia di Bra. The insalata russa and the battuta di Fassona were extremely good. The atmosphere is cosy, and the staff is friendly. The furniture is lovely, our kid was accommodated on a high chair, and the restroom is easily accessible. The restaurant is located in a pedestrian area, hence has a great location. Prices are on average. I highly recommend Local Bra - Bottega Alimentare!
