Shopping at this Loblaws was an extremely poor experience. I visited the store on January 3 at approximately 11:00 a.m. At checkout, I was informed that one of the items in my cart had been labeled with an incorrect price. When I raised this issue, staff were slow to respond and accused me of taking the item from the wrong shelf. It later became clear that the item had been placed on the wrong shelf by staff, yet both the employee and the manager refused to honor the Canadian Scanner Price Accuracy Code. The situation escalated when the employee became confrontational and told the manager that I had yelled at her (I did not). The manager made no attempt to hear my side of the story or investigate what had actually occurred. Instead, she immediately reprimanded me and told me not to yell at staff, without any discovery or discussion. I was shopping with a small child, yet I was made to wait for over 20 minutes with no resolution, no empathy, and no effort to de-escalate the situation. The handling of this incident was unprofessional and dismissive. Due to the stress and discomfort, I ultimately abandoned my cart and left the store. I would not recommend shopping at this location.

Everyone is completely unprofessional. Management is incompetent and any needs or issues you have will not be properly addressed. Food is disgusting and workers are incredibly disrespectful
