In 35 years I have never given a negative review because unfortunately everyone can have a bad day, but this one really deserves its following for its nastiness. I book online as per the photo specifying that my partner, due to dietary problems, will eat chicken and vegetables or beef and vegetables. I phone to make sure they have read it and they confirm that there are no problems. We arrive on time and, as soon as we sit down, the very kind waitress had been notified of our request and we placed our order: '1 capricciosa and a slice of chicken WITHOUT SALT AND WITHOUT OIL, with vegetables in the same way'. They make us wait from exactly 8.05pm to 8.55pm and the mortified waitress comes by several times to apologise. Finally a plate of vegetables arrives. After 10 minutes the chicken cut arrives overflowing and dripping with oil, so much so that it doesn't really make sense. We call the waitress and, as soon as she arrives without saying anything, she looks at the plate with the cut and tears come to her eyes. In the meantime my pizza arrives. The waitress takes the sliced dish to have it redone, but when she enters the kitchen someone tells her that that's what we want. He leaves with tears in his eyes, walking around the whole place because he can't find the words to tell us. In the end he gets courageous, comes and says: 'Guys, we can't do it again'. No problem, we get up and I politely ask them to put the pizza that had been there for a quarter of an hour in the box, and we approach the cashier to pay. The waitress arrives and tells the boy at the register that we shouldn't pay for the cut, but he shrugs, smiles and slaps the receipt as if nothing had happened, without even making the slightest hint of apologizing or asking what was happening. We go without the cut and with a maxi pizza thrown at the worst into a box of normal pizza, with the waitress who, after having witnessed everything, chases us crying and asking for forgiveness for what had happened. After 2 hours of arriving there, finally thanks to Carrefour, my partner was able to eat. My comment is simple: we had an esteem and consideration for that exceptional place and we were there maybe 20 times... I really don't understand this gratuitous malice for an error in the kitchen, which we then didn't comment on, much less complain about. . We waited the whole time in silence and humility knowing that such a DIFFICULT request, A CUT WITHOUT SALT AND WITHOUT OIL, could create problems. The rating 10 goes to the waitress, to whom I sincerely hope to find the job she deserves and get out of there... To the staff at the cash desk I thank God for giving me 4 children and consequently 4 reasons not to lay hands on them. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
