Ordered a pizza for 11:15 for a birthday party & they aren’t open & my orders not made, highly highly do not recommend this place what so ever

So we get its busy on Christmas eve we phone in to order dinner added a sauce we go in pay for our food and asked where our Sauce was asked for the one we wanted the girl at the desk claiming she's manger saying we can't have it and to now pay extra "when we ordered it over the phone" I advice her we only had our debit and didn't want to do another transaction she then says to me I can't give you a free sauce it will be 1 dollar so we pay she then gave us the wrong sauce and then she states you can't place sauce orders even tho we did they where the one to ask us if we wanted any she was completely rude and didn't apologise for a mistake they made
