A smaller, balanced selection of summery light or hearty dishes should leave nothing to be desired, as you can easily find something to suit every palate. Upscale dining establishments such as star-rated cuisine work exclusively with this principle in order to stand out in the quality of the food. Quantity is in the background. Of course, we have a selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes available for our guests upon request. Our refrigerator is large and walk-in. You can usually find something there. Special requests are also welcome. Unfortunately, the space on the handy, attractive A3 menu is limited, so we couldn't add an extra section. An example of the new summer vegetarian menu would be: - one of the salad plates with fried mushrooms or goat cheese, or tomato mozzarella - Cherry tomato baguette caprese - A vegetable pan with melted butter or hollandaise is possible - A pancake: for example with feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes - Countless potato variations from the oven, fried, boiled... - Much, much more… Danger: It's chanterelle season - these great, absolutely fresh mushrooms can be prepared in endless creative ways. Especially recommended for vegan dishes. You are welcome to speak to us personally about your concerns. Fresh eggs from free-range chickens are brought in every two days by the neighborhood farmer, so we never have to suffer any shortages and don't understand your comment about the fried potatoes.
