Limu start to finish was great experience. We had the full menu and we personally found it to be too much volume wise to be comfortable afterwards so I would perhaps recommend the shorter menu for those wishing to go who don’t want to overeat. Maybe that’s something for the chef to also consider that the autumn menu is great but offering a 7 course option for those who want the experience but can’t eat 11 of those courses. We stayed in Palermo so the restaurant arranged transport back at a price comparable to uber black (thank you so much). There isn’t much to see in the town - we thought there was so arrived a few hours early - I personally would recommend that - just go straight there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A dinner at the Limu restaurant is a unique experience. Here you will find impeccable and attentive service, the staff introduces each dish with passion and precision, the environment is elegant and welcoming. The dishes were expertly created by the creativity of the very talented chef Nino Ferreri who revisited Sicilian cuisine dishes creating a perfect combination of tradition and innovation.
