Looks like they've revamped the place and changed things for the better since I was last here. Thank goodness, as their previous iteration (mostly Vietnamese food) frankly wasn't very good. They've also renovated the interior to look much more modern. Looks like there are now some new deals, as well as bubble tea. There is a happy hour special (2 for $6) for this. My buddy and I gravitated to their noodle combo. The setup is very similar to Deer Garden and some other restaurants around town. Pick a soup, noodle type, and 2 toppings. The combo even includes a drink. Unlike most other HK style places, there is no extra charge for cold drinks. Another thing that was nice was that my lemon tea came with 3 slices, unlike 1-2 (usually 1). Made my drink nice and lemony. The udon I had was nice and springy. Fish ball and fish tofu were also fluffy. The Sichuan soup base tasted exactly like some other places. I assume they get their stuff from the same supplier. Pricing was very reasonable at $11.95. Definitely will be back for more noodle goodness. Recommended.

Nanzaro, Ben and I went for lunch after church service on Sunday. It was a cold day and Nanzaro wanted something with hot broth. Ben drove along Victoria Dr. and spotted the above Lim Kee Restaurant with Beef Noodle House on it’s awning. We thought it serves Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. Ben ordered the House Special Noodle and it turned out to be Vietnamese style beef noodle. No wonder we smelled the aroma of Vietnamese beef noodle while waiting for our order. The house special noodle soup comes with sliced beef, tendon and tripe.
