The staff is friendly but understaffed due to the amount of work (especially on Saturdays) and a better organization of the tasks (taking the order, managing tables, who clears, who brings the orders...) would help a lot to provide a better service. efficient, even though the waiters are always busy. The style of pizza is Neapolitan. There is a good possibility of gluten-free products for intolerant and celiac sufferers (however they are not AIC certified). We started with a gluten-free suppli (good but the mozzarella inside was still cold) and the gluten-free fries (very good and a generous portion) then subsequently a PIENNOLO pizza and a potato and sausage (gluten-free). The first one wasn't bad in flavor even if the presence of too much pepper covered the others a bit, the problem is that the cherry tomatoes had released a lot of liquid and therefore (as you can see in the photo) the pizza was very difficult to eat because the toppings ran away away from the slice and the slice folded when you brought it to your mouth, something that different pizzas from other nearby tables didn't do (so the problem is more of that type of taste). Gluten-free always had the problem of too much pepper and the dough was too thick and was a little chewy, perhaps by working the dough better you would get a crispier product. Finally we took the gluten-free broken down cannoli (the only gluten free dessert) and let's say we were a little disappointed: the ricotta filling was also good, but put two broken hazelnut filled cannoletti (a product that is also sold in supermarkets) it ruined everything, I would recommend finding gluten-free cannoli pods, they are excellent on the non-artisan market. With small adjustments, the customer experience could certainly be improved. I'm sharing my feedback on my experience at Lievito pizzeria, where I celebrated with my daughter and some friends, all 10 year olds. Let's start with the baby Neapolitan pizza. It was an excellent choice for those who prefer deep pizza. I was surprised by the generous size and delicious taste. The dough was fluffy and light, just how I like it. It was a real pleasure for the palate! However, I noticed that the supplì were a little overcooked. This may be something to consider to improve the texture and temperature of your food. The chips, on the other hand, were a great addition to the meal and rounded things off satisfactorily. The capricciosa pizza was a real delight. The fresh ingredients and flavor combination were delicious. It was a dish that truly won over all the guests. I have to applaud the brunette girl on staff. She was personable, always nice and took care of our needs throughout our stay. Furthermore, offering us a dedicated children's room was a much appreciated touch. The little ones were able to have fun and make noise without disturbing the other guests. Finally, I would like to point out that the price of the meal was honest, taking into account the quality of the food and the service offered. I felt satisfied with the experience overall. In conclusion, the Lievito pizzeria was a pleasant choice for the party with my daughter and her friends. The Neapolitan baby pizza and the capricciosa pizza were particularly appreciated, despite the slight inconvenience with the supplì.
