It's not cheap, but really, you're paying for the location, and in my case, quite frankly, for one of the best grilled octopus I've ever had. The little fried fishes, I forget their name now, were also phenomenally done. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and the beach itself is perfect, especially if you like peace and quiet rather than sharing you're 5 square meters of sand with another 3 families. Only negative thing in the whole place was the freaking 90s dance hits parade blasting from their giant speaker in the restaurant itself. Towards the end of the meal though, the chef decided to change it to some very cool and pleasant italian music, and lowered the volume considerably, so.. sticking with the 5 stars, and I'll keep trying to erase Haddaway from my memory.

Truly delicious seafood for lunch and dinner. Everything you could want. Salad, fish, pasta pizza. Really fresh. Super chef. Such a kind great family too. Great lido beds. Sea is super clean. Nearly don't want everyone to know about this Joy beach lido as it's so perfect! Family's and young couples and groups of friends. Nice mix. And so close to Avola. Very lucky to have been able to go lots. We will be back another year! It was such a pleasure going and meeting you all.
