Vous aurez de bons souvenirs de ce lieu parce qu'il est connu pour avoir un bon service et une équipe aimable, toujours prête à vous aider. Des plats délicieux à un prix adéquat sont offerts ici. La plupart du temps, cet endroit vous assure une atmosphère confortable. Les experts du guide Michelin ont testé ce restaurant et il fait maintenant parti du guide Michelin.

Nous avons passé un moment particulièrement agréable dans ce restaurant haut de gamme en tous points. Nous avons choisi le menu dégustation en 7 plats et avons été séduits par tous ses aspects : produits savoureux, associations réussies, sauces fameuses, quantités généreuses…. Le chef, gozitain, est vraiment très talentueux et sympathique. L’accord mets-vins est assez réussi également même si nous aurions apprécié un choix maltais dans la sélection. Le service est charmant. Davantage d’explications au niveau des plats et des vins (composition, origine,…) serait un plus pour correspondre au standing de l’établissement. Enfin, le lieu est assez exceptionnel par sa vue et ses aménagements. Bref, une adresse à ne pas manquer pour une expérience mémorable! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €50+

Atop the Grand Hotel with a birds eye-view of Mgarr Harbor is the elegant restaurant, Level 9. At the helm of the kitchen is Chef George Attard who has created a progressive menu that masterfully blends and balances local ingredients with global flavors. We had a choice of the a la carte menu or the tasting menu, and decided to choose the a la carte menu. This gave us the opportunity to taste a variety of starters, mains, and desserts. Each dish was divine and incredibly prepared with the freshest ingredients. For example the local octopus starter cooked to tender perfection enveloped in a delicate tempura accompanied with tonburi creating a delicate balance with Asian and Spanish flavors. Neither fighting with each other and allowing the octopus to shine through. We added the risotto to the table which was creamy and blended with nduja and topped with urchin, enhancing its deliciousness! All of our mains equally were magnificent but I must say I chose the pork filet served with Maltese corn and mole negro, a complex Mexican sauce which Chef Attard nailed. And you must not pass on the milk, honey, olive oil, sea salt dessert....you won't be disappointed. The whole experience is exactly what you would expect from fine dining. Bravo to Chef Attard and the team at Level 9. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €50+
