After going there three times in the last six months, I am very pleasantly surprised by their progress. The restaurant suffered from comparison with the old one, and I can say that this is no longer the case: all the dishes were very good. I find that the restaurant is still a little expensive and that it lacks a little quantity, but it is good to point out that its quantity-quality/price ratio is not less good than that of their competitors, and that I have a huge appetite. In short, Table d'Ivin has become a restaurant that I can recommend in the area. I will still make a negative point about the service, because unfortunately they have not improved. It is, basically, not at the price level, but that is not very annoying (it is not a starred one either). What's more annoying is that two out of three times we had a problem; This time it was at least an hour longer than acceptable. That said, I maintain the fact that I recommend this restaurant, just no luck if you are the sacrificed table (which is apparently common when the restaurant is full). Former review: I'm a little disappointed with La table d'Ivin. Compared to its predecessor Les Saveurs Sauvages, this restaurant struggles to stand out. The dishes were good, but nothing amazing, and the portions were unfortunately insufficient. The only culinary highlight was the fresh mango dessert, very good and quite generous. The quality/price ratio is not satisfactory: neither the quality nor the quantity justifies the prices charged. The service was okay overall. However, a big downside is that, for our service at 8 p.m., there was already no more poultry available, which is unfortunate for a time that is not that late.
