This is one of the few restaurants where we all audibly say 'mmmmm' multiple times while we eat! Have not been disappointed yet - great burgers, excellent fries, and overall very good value for the volume of food you get. Is it 'inexpensive'? No. But my son and I spent close to the same amount of money at a nearby taco chain (I'll be respectful and won't mention the name, but it rhymes with 'fell'), and could have eaten more of their 'sort of' food. Whereas if I order a burger with fries at Leopold's, I can get it down, but realistically for the size of the burger and amount of excellent fries you get, it could comfortably be a meal and a half for me (almost 2 meals) - of great quality food. Scotch egg was delicious, but at $8.50 each I won't get one again. To all those out there who do takeout or delivery - NO food is as good after 10 or 15 mins steaming in a box, so yeah, our fries last night (takeout) suffered a little, but that's not Leopold's fault!
