Negative experience on a special occasion, I asked what was in the raw meat, the answer was pink lobsters and prawns (the waitress had no idea what was in them), we ordered two appetizers, which were good, two foolish lobster tagliolini (salt brought later, I also asked for tongs to crush the carapace and never arrived), after having obviously eaten the cold taglioni and the carapace crushed with my teeth, I asked for some towels (those too, which never arrived). I got up and went to the cashier to pay, where I was asked if everything had gone well, consequently I listed all the negativities and I was told: "the waitress has no experience, sorry." I think a place like this can't afford it, and it's not the waitress' fault but the manager's lack of training! I made a terrible impression on an evening that was supposed to be special! Thank you Lentisco, from the bottom of my heart! Ps: during the long waits between the various courses we exchanged ideas between tables and the thoughts were identical for many people!
