Exceptional location, the history of art in a square. Lame service, excellent quality food but with a menu that is frankly too focused on fish main courses and little else. No first courses, no vegetables, no desserts, no coffee. Wine list not published even though there is no shortage of valuable labels. Overrated. It can improve a lot with a few adjustments, finding its own path which at the moment is suspended between a restaurant with personality and a village trattoria. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

A very pleasant dinner in this courtyard with this nice breeze to enjoy an excellent fish dinner. I only tried the red tuna meatballs and the roasted shrimp. Both dishes were excellent. Please note, in this restaurant there are no first courses, therefore no pasta, only appetizers and second courses. It's really worth it. Fair prices for the quality of the raw material. Great, keep it up. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had selected the place among the possible places to have the most particular fish dinner in Salento based on reviews on Google and sector magazines. I decided for this also based on the advice of the owner of the farm where I stayed. Very nice atmosphere in an open space in the beautiful town of Tricase. Menu on blackboard. Table without tablecloth, with paper placemat and cutlery in paper bag with paper napkin. No choice of first course, we order 2 starters and 2 second courses. A question: "Why no first?" The innocent underage waiter replies: "otherwise the kitchen will get messed up". I ask if it is possible to have a white wine lime. No card, no choice, the usual guy approaches with the bottle and has no idea what he is serving.... good starters without any praise at €24 each. Then the largely predictable unexpected event: a pigeon defecates on our table, positioned under a ledge and in correspondence with many other excrements present on the ground. For the first time in my life, I chose to cancel the order and leave. Terrible value for money. Poor staff competence. I paid, without a receipt, what I consumed with a slight discount and ran away. Total disappointment and evening ruined. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
