La nourriture était juste WoW, la présentation et les saveurs étaient incroyables. C’est un incontournable si vous allez à Toronto. Le service pour l’eau et les breuvages était un peu délaissé.

We had reservations last night, and when the host escorted us to our table, she realized it was already occupied. We were then asked to return to the front of the restaurant while the situation was sorted out. Standing and waiting for several minutes was frustrating, and it appeared that we might be seated at a less desirable table. At that point, a server noticed our dissatisfaction and immediately took the initiative to approach us. She was exceptionally polite and genuinely focused on helping resolve the situation. She promptly involved a manager, who came over right away and was equally committed to ensuring we had a positive experience. He went above and beyond, including relocating us to a much better open table. What could have easily become a negative experience was completely turned around thanks to their professionalism and attentiveness. I would like to sincerely thank the server for her initiative and the manager for empowering her and for his own decisive actions. The rest of the evening was flawless, and I’m certain the food and drinks were even more enjoyable because the issue was handled so well. Thank you to the Lee Restaurant team for a truly wonderful evening.
