We will review the cleanliness of the roller shutters with our cleaning team. Not seeing our PRM rooms as less good than other rooms in the same category, i.e. club rooms, we do not contact our customers to effectively warn them that the double comforts and privileges (more expensive) are on the floor as explained during our conversation on site, do not hesitate to book this type during your next stay at the Thalassa Hotel&Spa.
