Arriving without a reservation, we still managed to get a seat. We were presented with some very interesting off-menu items which, in fact, we chose. For me, a first course was tortelli with cherry, caramelized onion and cheese, while for my wife a dish based on pasta with herbs, zola and pears, both excellent. Second course with red meat rose and culatello, really good. Note of merit to the staff, truly kind and attentive with whom, at the end of the service and with the room practically empty, we even had a chat. A truly welcoming and relaxed environment. Recommended as a stop for anyone in the area. We will definitely be back. Consigliatissimo, se siete in zona Busseto, fermatevi a Sant'Agata dove si trova il ristorante le verdi cantine, qui si mangia bene, dagli antipasti, torta fritta, salumi, primi piatti e dolci,il tutto servito da personale che unisce cortesia e gentilezza e simpatia, locale accogliente insomma.
